and Cognition, with a thesis research about the influence of sleep quality on emotional perception.
2017 - 2023: Worked at technology startups and agencies in London helping to build well-being and
education platforms—seeing firsthand how the right tools empower people.
2023: Walked 950 kilometers from the south of France to the west of Spain in a month, reflecting on my
identity and discovering my desire to come back to the mental health field.
2025: Was awarded Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at London Metropolitan University, with a
thesis analysing how intergenerational trauma—and resilience—are transmitted in families and entire

2025–2026: Trained in narrative therapy, maps of narrative practice, and externalisation at the Dulwich Centre, where narrative therapy originated.
Currently: I consult in my private practice, as well as on the online platforms Hedepy and Pokyčių Namai. Also, I regularly write Letters from a Psychologist, my publication on Substack. I am a member of the Lithuanian Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association.
